Alison, I hope you feel better soon. I'm sure it was the addrinilin of the changes that's kept you feeling so good for the last month and a half, so feeling down now that the dust is settling makes sense. I'm sure things will level out soon.
The person(s) that have said that you need to dialback the Wendy stuff is just being critical for the sake of it, because Wendy talk on the podcast isn't even happening a ton and when it does, it's fun to hear about her.
I loved the visit back to Daniel's betrayal of you and Jenna for failing to tell you about his work snacks! So funny.:)
I want you and Jenna to hang out and do things outside of the podcast! I think it'll be great for both of you. Throw some parties!:)
And, yes, I hope you get Chef Jeff a microphone.:)
Maybe you were depressed because you knew it was the day you had to read my JMOEs.

Make “Daniels Danger Zone” (with appropriately parodied theme song) a new occasional bit where Daniel discusses cool work swag that he doesn't share with Alison.(38:40-ish) Or maybe where Alison calls Daniel out on things that he has said that can be humorously taken out of context.(“It's so funny, your head looks smaller with your hair all flat”) Ep. 350 – 28:50
Jordan has a good point – instead of solution seeking when feeling down, try one of the things you know you like. Great idea! Since I've had so much Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) I'm a big fan of the mindfulness route as well – observe the feeling, don't judge it or yourself or seek to DO anything with it. Just observe and move on to another thought or feeling as many times as necessary. It's interesting to try and for me it helps a lot.
ALSO I saw “beer salt” for the first time today in a warehouse-like grocery store in the PDX area. WEIRD.

Ideas for ARIYNBF merchandise:
1. Cell phone case – I would really love one for my Samsung Note 4!
2. Canvas shopping bag with these quotes in order, then the ARIYNBF logo:
“Yes, I got everything I wanted”
“Yes, my dog loves these treats”
“Cavalier King Charles”
“No, not grey, white & chestnut”

This show was better before it became a couples' retreat.
I love Wendy. I love the couple-y-ness. You guys are great. I'm not sure you need a 5th but I like Jordan too.
The vocal tic of repeating others is called echolalia and I have seen it in relation to autism.
