oh cool, i like matt on adam's pod so i gotta listen. you know i've been a fan of the thursday show for about a year, but have gotten into the monday one on one podcast more lately. i feel almost guilty for not listening regularly cuz i've never heard a bad one. somehow i just pass it up for no reason half the time. i got get it into my regular rotation.
the tom green one was really my favorite. i loved tom green so much back in the day. i found his cable show and even public access shows on the net and ebay and watched all of them more than once. it was really great to hear him talk to you and made me feel all warm, fuzzy, and nostalgic.

I didn't think Matt sounded paranoid or like a conspiracy theorist at all. He sounded smart. Net neutrality is important.

Paranoid or conspiracy theorist? Maybe not, but (and I do say this in the most respectful and literal sense possible, as I do not think of him as a bad or ill-intentioned guy) extremely ignorant? Yes. His entire hypothetical rant about News Corp was excruciating. The Left has a virtual monopoly on not just vilifying dissenting views and opinions, but of completely trying to bully, drown out and eviscerating them into oblivion. (Ayyan Hirsi Ali or Mozilla CEO anyone? And that's just within the past couple months.) The despicable actions going on in our college “education” system every day is all the proof needed.
Murdoch is simply a businessman…not some ideologue. Aside from Fox News, eeeeverything that is broadcast by the Fox family of networks is indistinguishable from the predictable populist messages of every other Hollywood/media outfit. For example, I'm binge-watching Damages right now (originally on FX), and what do all the seasons revolve around? Basically the same rhetoric of the Occupy movement and average Law & Order episode.
Again, I do not think of Matt as a bad man — his tangent on the subject just couldn't be more wrong or ignorant. Aside from the occasional rant from Carolla, he (like 99% of Hollywood) simply have had no exposure to contrary views and thus have extremely limited knowledge of such. Again, just WATCH and listen to aaaaall the other stuff airing on the Fox channels — indistinguishable from all other Hollywood productions. This ridiculous boogieman politics has GOT to stop. The bullies cooonstantly claiming to be the bullied is exasperating to no end.
I have very little hope of this comment getting approved… just thought it worth a shot.
