Fresh from moving, smelling like dust and packing tape, perhaps wearing a get-up I fashioned out of cardboard boxes and bubble wrap, I’ll be hosting video coverage of the MINI Rooftop NYC. I’m pretty excited, though this festival is hipper than I am. I actually brought that up to the festival people, but I think they liked that. I bring a certain… head full of split ends to the whole affair, provided I don’t get a haircut before it starts. I can't stop vlogging!
Greetings my little tomatillos. Tonight I went to a party in the meatpacking district where they had a meat pinata—a pinata that looked like a giant steak. Any joke you can think of involving “meat pinatas,” I already made. Unfortunately they were taking their sweet ass time to beat the meat, as it were, so I never found out what was inside. I spent a lot of time wondering about it though.
Anyway, here’s another vlog where I answer some questions. If I didn’t get to yours don’t worry, this is just the beginning! (I think I miss the written word though.)

I still can’t quite figure out how I feel about vlogging versus blogging but everyone seemed to like the last one so much I figure, what the hell. You know why I figure that? Because I’m a fly by the seat of my pants kinda gal. If my butt had wings… it’d be hard to find pants.

Listen to me cough on Paltalk yesterday
Here’s the first seven minutes of my interview yesterday on the Diana Falzone show on Paltalk. A word of warning, don’t turn the volume up all the way at the beginning when it starts playing and you don’t hear anything because suddenly the music will start and it will blow your eardrums out your ears and they will splatter on the walls and then you will have no eardrums and without eardrums you [pause while I figure out what exactly will happen]
Without eardrums, you will have no rhythm section inside your ears.
Also, as the music came on, Diana said “I like to dance to the music” and you can see for a split second I kind of considered it and then thought better of it, my moves being so good that I would probably make her look bad in comparison which isn’t really a nice thing to do. It is her show, after all.
And special note to ToddRod: Yes, I am wearing The Shirt. But I’d only worn it twice on TV prior to this. (Once on Red Eye and once on F&F.)

I posted this on myspace but now I’m posting it here because I still can’t figure out how to manage these blogs and what I should be posting where and stuff. But anyway:
So Ethan and I do these Vlogs at work when the EIC is unable to do them. I don’t always post them because they’re kind of hard to find but if you go to this link you can see the most recent oneand then if you go to timeoutnewyork.tv you can scroll through and find others. Also, some time ago I hosted an bookcase buildoff at an Ikea in Paramus New Jersey for a story we were doing and if you go to TONY EXCLUSIVES and then Ikea bookcase buildoff it’s there.
