Jenna’s Journal, Alison’s Harrowing Medical Test and an Advice Update

ARIYNBF Thursday Aug 11 2016

Jenna reads an excerpt from her college journal on this episode and it does not disappoint. Plus Alison has a nerve-wracking genetic testing experience and the listener who wanted advice about her best friend’s fiance cheating with the listener’s sister has provided us with an update. Plus a conflict about zucchini bread, Jenna’s dad at the Olympics, a round of Just Me Or Everyone and an adoptable dog named Gordon.

Also, big news!! My Patreon page which I’ve been talking about for months is now live!!!!!

Download the episode from iTunes.

You probably need to buy the new ARIYNBF LOGO tshirt and get the Bumbershoot bonus episode!

Yes – boys are great! I love my son more than I could ever imagine and you are just fine with male energy (as evidenced by your grace and aplomb during your lengthy sentence at your former employ). And very very very happy it’s a healthy baby, though sorry you had that yucky test.

Also I really recommend “If the Buddha Dated” – a therapist recommended it to me and it was so helpful in letting go of control of the process.

To quote Luca Brazi in The Godfather “May your first child be a masculine child.” Mavel Tov!

Re. Greg’s comment about people “who can’t talk right now”, I work in a job where I have to call people all the time, and I get that can’t talk thing a lot, and it is calling people who have called us for help, and we trying to follow up to see if they still need anything.
