The first one’s (77) make you look younger but I’m not a fan of the messed up hair.
The one’s with your blouse below your shoulders are nice, but they all seem to have a shadow on half of your face. I think your face (and smile) are your greatest assets and the shadow takes away more than the additional skin adds.
230 is nice because of the lower angle, but it still some of the problems I mentioned above.
So with all that said, #128 and #99 would be the best from this bunch, in my not so humble opinion.
99 is great. It’s a very natural, friendly smile. That, and the photo on the blog home page from your prior photo shoot worked great in the video, I thought. I agree that 77 is an important Alison look too, but it’s the only viable option of that type offered here.
It would help to know what they’re to be used for. If they’re head shots for acting auditions so they can see different ways that you might look, ok, but your original choices seemed more natural to me.
is better than the choices given. This picture tells a story. Alison’s face looks like she’s annoyed, yet she is still nice enough to talk to. I’d go up to her, and ask, “Did that Joe McDonald guy annoy you just now with his story of the kitty and the tennis ball?” However, I say why not do something daring and go with picture #254. We all know you as normal, down-to-earth, hair always looks perfect, never shows any skin, my blouses have names like “Starla,” THAT Alison Rosen. Picture #254 says, I’m Alison Rosen, and my clavicles are sexy! Yep, that’s not often that people hear “bare clavicles” and “Alison Rosen’s” name in the same sentence. Sometimes, one has to take some chances with what they’ve got.

#77 I think is the best… it is the most Alison for lack of better words
Going to have to go with #99 on this one.
I like #81 & #99 the most. Those two scream “I’m classy, sassy marriage material guys!”
77 & 99
#77 for sure
#99
#99. Best smile and hair.

I think #99 looks the most genuine and Alison-y (and the hair looks perfect). I like the slightly mischievous look in #77, too.

The pose #99 is the best, color balance. She could be Agent 99 in Get Smart.

I still like the first 2 you posted, but from this bunch 77, 99, and 197…you look so happy in that pic.
