Hello my little finger sandwiches, I have a lot to tell you, about yesterday’s headshot shoot and my feelings about Lauren Conrad’s book which I haven’t read however right now I need to ask you a question. Here goes:
Do you prefer when I have a guest on The Daily Alison or did you like it better when I answered your questions, Q&A style? I’m not thinking of scrapping either format, I’ll likely keep both, but just looking for some feedback so please fill out this comment card.
Well, what do you know, I’ve run out of comment cards! How about you just leave your thoughts in the comment section instead. Ok then!
I like the guest on a regular basis and then maybe once every few weeks you can do a q&a of the best questions for you! Love the show

Well I personally prefer it just being you answering our questions and talking and stuff. I mean it is The Daily ALISON, not The Daily Alison and Friends. Though either way I enjoy watching everyday.
Either one is fine. Both are fun.
I like both formats. I do miss the occasional Q&A.
Q&A has that extra “I wonder if she will answer my question” thing going for it, but interviews are fun too. Honestly, although I like both formatsm I do miss the joint videos with Dustin, Anna, and the others. It's all good though!
i like both formats you should make the Q&A format a weekly thing or twice a week. Also bring back the quiz that was fun. sometimes have shows in which theres no guest or Q&A just you talking. maybe a mtv cribs where you give a tour of your apartment or maybe you prepare a dish in your kitchen or you give a book, movie, tv, or music review or maybe try a 3 way phone call that would cool…just my thoughts hopefully it stops raining

I enjoy both. A Q&A once a week or so would be fun. It allows us viewers a chance to get a trendy question out or discuss how sad we feel when we lose McMahon, Fawcett, Jackson, and Billy Mays in the same week. (oh and P.S. The SimmaDownNa was in relation from an older SNL skit “Augustus General” :o)
My vote goes to dedicating a “Daily Alison Dad Day” and a “Q&A Day”, with the remainder of days reserved for your great guests.
Thanks!
Alison, Alison, Alison….. that question was great for your viewers and you because (1) fans love to give input and (2) you will receive HIGH PRAISE in the answers regardless of whether the person commenting prefers the Q&A or the guest format!!
Having said that, your show will always be entertaining when you do the “Q&A” and will be great 80% of the time with guests. (Let's assume 20% of the guests are not fabulous.)
So, please surprise us and continue to do whatever you want.

I love the Q&A, once or twice a week at least.
When you have guests, make sure to ask them the tough questions. I could also go for some non-guest, non-QnA episodes, more based on skits, kind of like your intros…or, like, a recap of your therapy or Rosenating sessions. Personal drama, gossip of all kinds. Your intonation makes you great at satire, you could do episodes that are mock newscasts, or, parody home shopping channel, other media and pop culture satire. Maybe a Parody of a Media “watchdog”? That would be perfect for me.
I'm putting in a request for a new format – Can you read us bedtime stories? Thanks.

I love your Q&A! But I'm a hopeless fangirl, so… Really, either way, I'm going to watch.
Damnit, my therapist told me to be more assertive about what I want.
Ok, so I'm going to watch either way but DAMNIT. I LOVE YOUR Q&As!
But really, I'll watch anything.
SHIT!
That was hilarious!

My personal opinion is that I prefer if it is different every day. I don’t really like it when your Daily Alison starts to become predictable. If you are JUST interviewing everyday, it’s not as compelling to me. However, when you changed it up the other day, the daily show felt so fresh and fun! I think the only thing I do enjoy on a daily basis is when you open up your show with the “Oh hey guys! I didn’t see you there” line. It’s like watching the Tonight Show and hearing “heeeerree’s Johnny!” It just seems wrong when you don’t do that.
Hmm…I’d go with Q&A because we get to learn more about you. I’m gonna be honest, whenever you interview people who I don’t know, I just watch the intro and what you have to say in the beginning and skip the rest. I’m sorry.

I think a Q&A every so often would be good, but I like the guests too. Should we tell you which guests we like the most so you can invite them back? The vlogs from California shoud be fun – I'm looking forward to those.
A couple of weeks ago I was fooling around online and I watched some of the videos that you and Anna did last January and February. It brought back some great memories of watching them the first time, back when it was so cold and dreary here in Vermont. I'd love to see you do more videos like that.

What up my little pea wiggles! Okay, so for my opinion…which is by all accounts the most important opinion of the blogging community here! I Mix it up girl! You have more talent in your left foot's 3rd toe than the rest of us combined. Experiment with it…have fun with it….you can't go wrong….the fans love you….you could post a video picking your nose for 10 minutes and Todd would still write poems. I realize that you do the interviews to showcase your on air talent stuff and I'm down for it….but one of the reasons I grew tired of Red Eye was the same format every show…the lack of new and creative comedy stuff on RE was boring…..so in my humble and rather intelligent opinion…mix it up however you want but when you have fun, I think your fans are the happiest with the product.
Did I ever mention that Anna David gives us tags on her blog? Oh I'm just kidding….Anna is so nice on her blog…she's a sweat heart on there…..I give you mad props for how far you've come in this blogging stuff! I think all the pieces are in place….just experiment around with your Q&As, interviews, your web interests, giving shout outs to great comments….oh and it's always fun when you ask questions or want advice from fans….I think the more interactive the better! Also, a weekly post in regards to your Theodore B. Goodlove online shrine is a must!
Disregard everything I've written above and just do whatever Joe said!
Ted
I basically agree with everything that's been said here. In other words, wing it!
Dad every week is a must. Q&A is great, but do I really have to sign up for twitter to ask a question?
Should I have asked you that question on twitter instead of here?
Am I asking far too many questions?
I'm comment number 16! ALLLLL-RIIIIIIIIIGHT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Trapp, if you don't wanna join Twitter, it's cool. Just send me your question for Alison, and if I'm around, I can tweet her for you (doesn't that just sound wrong?). However, I think you should consider joining Twitter. You realize that you can set it up so that you only receive tweets from Alison, and nobody else.. right?

I think I need to make up my mind how I intend to use both twitter and the internet on the whole. Can you change your user name whenever you want? I might eventually want to use my full name, or call myself, “El Burrito Grande” or something.
But that's really generous, thanks Boinkity. Maybe it would be even better if you and others sent supposed questions on my behalf, questions designed to make me look as idiotic as possible! I'd enjoy that more than hearing a real one from me!
“…and Trapp asks, “Should I be embarrassed because mine is smaller than everyone else's?”
“Trapp would like to know, “Is it possible to have permanent body odor?”
etc, etc,
Alison…..Trapp wants to know if your farts stink? I advised him this was an obvious and total childish question…because we all know they do not!

Alison….. Trapp wants to know if you would spank him and make the cute little noises like you did with the baby Tabasco sauce bottle. Trapp promises to wear green and red under shorts if you agree to do this.
Alison….. Trapp thinks he has opened a can of worms that he wishes he could close again!

The Q&A is much more preferable, but only if you specificly answer MY questions.
Its a Zippidee do dont centered world bitches!!!!!!!
How about you start hooking your male commentors with you female friends in your social group.
Then discuss it on the daily Alison and near the last 5 minutes of the show you would answer the commentors and followers questions; Questions & Answers is what I mean.
