We stole a MINI

Well, perhaps “stole” is a little strong. Borrowed? Regardless, we used one to go down to DUMBO to shoot some not-on-the-rooftop stuff.

Who drove? That’s the person who will be convicted. You can just say you were kidnapped.

I didn’t know what DUMBO was, but once again Google comes to the rescue – Down Under the Manhattan Bridge Overpass. Duh. That would be a good Final Jeopardy question: “Not just a pachyderm, this New York neighborhood is also a premier art district.”

Excellent job on the latest video with Susan Cianciolo. That little 10 year old model was so cute. She’s like, “I’ve done so many of these shows…” When I was 10 I was still learning how to dress myself.

That’s a great picture of you with the Brooklyn Bridge in the background.

There’s a strong thunderstorm here right now. I think it’s supposed to rain all day :o(

Oh by the way, we all might want to make today extra special.

A new atom smasher built in France called the Large Hadron Collider is scheduled to begin operations late tonight. It has seven times the force of the Fermilab collider in Illinois.

Some critics say the LHC is powerful enough to create subatomic black holes that would devour and destroy the Earth. They also say it could create strange particles that would almost instantly transform the Earth into a dead, dense lump. Several lawsuits were filed to try to stop the project. There’s even a Wikipedia article about it:

Scientists, of course, dismiss those fears. But if the worst should happen, I just want all of you to know it’s been real fun. See you on the other side!

I see you get a credit for “Moderation” but nothing for your grounds keeper duties. It just doesn’t seem right.

    Moderation? Really?

It seems more like a classification than a title. Now if you drank to much while performing your duties would they classify you as Lush.

    Hey Joe,

That is very interesting about the atom accelerator thingy. I have also read on the internet that Wednesday is supposed to be the last day of life, and the world is supposed to end abruptly. See ya tomorrow, or on the other side!

Toddrod, I was just thinking that is would really be tragic if France destroys the world tonight.

First of all if anyone’s going to do it, it should be the USA. Damn it – we spend enough taxpayer money on particle physics, WE should be the ones to snuff everybody out!!!!

Second, there’s a new episode of Mythbusters on tomorrow night. France should at least wait until Thursday to play with their new toy. I’ll be really pissed if I miss Mythbusters because of them!
