Look, it’s ME-bonanza! A festival of ME! A ME-palooza! A Me-varee! A ME-ding! A ME-splosion! I could keep going. Also, completely unrelated, I was thinking lately how much I enjoy brainteasers and riddles and things so if you know any, leave them in the comments!
Quote of the day:
” So many clips so little time…..”
Babe the Pig, Slaughterhouse
That first segment instantly made me look at the time of this post! I finally got to see the Biography channel clips…thanks! Holy crap in the Britney clip you look all kind of mysterious with your one eye in the shadows angle. LOL
Here are two brain teasers but EVERYONE has to promise not to look these up! You will not impress Alison by cheating! 🙂
1. Imagine you are in a sinking rowboat surrounded by sharks. How could you instantly survive?
2. How can you use the letters in NEW DOOR to make one word?

So I finally past two songs on the Guitar Hero 3 expert level:
“Bulls on Parade” – Rage Against the Machine
My Name Is Jonas” – Weezer
You might want to tell The Angoras about my talents! Ted Angora has such a nice ring to it!
So I’ve been following the A&W tumbler blog and I so wish we could add comments…don’t you need your comments?
I clicked on the link to learn more about Wendy’s book…did you know Amazon states that customers who bought books like hers also bought “Che: A Graphic Autobiography”…is there really a nexus between Che Guevara and Wendy Molyneux? I find that puzzling like if I go to the Che page does it recommend her book? LOL
More of Alison Rosen! I’m sure you know that we can’t get enough of that. I was also quite happy to see that you are making another appearance on Red Eye tonight. I just hope that you get more time than the last time you were on the show. Any time that I see that you’re going to be on Red Eye is worth me watching, no matter what.

Great stuff Alison! I’m becoming an “Alison Cliptomaniac”.
Thanks for the laughs on a Monday morning. The “Federal Issue” segment still makes me howl. Totally Federal. So Federal.
You’re on Red Eye again tonight? Extra Alison = pretty great-great.
Hmmmm… maybe I can think of a brainteaser after another cup of coffee.
Well this a great way to start my day. A full collage (however you spell it.) of Ali. I’m still dealing with the disappoinment of my team losing yesterday, but what better way to start the healing process by watching my fav. tv/writer personality. It has definately lifed my spirits knowing you’ll be on Red Eye tonight. Come hell or high water I’m watching it this time. Also, I personally enjoy reading each and everyone’s comments. It brings a little ray of sunshine to my day.
I look forward to seeing this brain-teaser thingie. Those were good ones Ted. Speaking of Ted, that is one of my fav. songs…(Bulls on Parade.) Matter of fact, that song makes me wanna go form a mosh pit. But since I probably can’t round up enough people, I’ll just settle for running into a brick wall head first…Ha! Well, I have some errands to run, so I’ll check in later. I’m glad I have this special place to blog with a bunch of good people. It’s very therapeutic.

1. Imagine you are in a sinking rowboat surrounded by sharks. How could you instantly survive?
Answer – Quit imagining
2. How can you use the letters in NEW DOOR to make one word?
Answer – ONE WORD
Good morning everyone from the mosh pit! I can’t believe that received dropped that ball Michael!
To the Michael-logue. It’s byobn (bring your own beer nuts.)
Just a little knowledge to drop on ya’. From my perspective. In my observations in life, I have noticed that people put too much pressure on themselves for having an *original* idea. Obviously, people have forgotten that there is no shame in emulating someone. For example: My personal fav’s that I like to emulate are Family guy, (I try to emulate the voice of Brian the dog.),Dave Chapelle,South Park,Beavis and Butthead, Robot Chicken, Alison Rosen, Greg Gutfeld, even Andy Levy. Just to name a few. More importantly, I emulate my friends away from the internet. And often times people on the internet. My friends and I emulate ourselves constantly, and we don’t stop everytime and say, “you got that from me.” If someone does that to you no matter what scenario you’re in, they are an as*hole. Emulating someone that is succesful in their field is OKAY. So if anyone thinks that they have to sit and wait around for an original idea. Why that’s obsurd. Just like this whole post, I emulated Greg. Not to steal his idea and pass it off as my own, but it shows that I enjoy his sense of humor. Besides, isn’t imitation the highest form of flattery? Trust me, good people like to be emulated. It makes them feel good. And that’s my beer-gut feeling. Now I’m gonna go enjoy my Laffy Taffy© Don’t you wish you had some?

La. (Home of alot of things, I just can’t think of anything right now.)
P.S. This was not mean-spirited in anyway.
Hey Ali, I know you’re a super busy person, but maybe if you get half a chance can you explain what is going on in the background of the Red-Eye set. It looks like a movie going on. I have yet to figure it out. At your convenience of course. I’m sure it’s already been asked in an e-mail to the show. And if it was, it’s unbeknownst to me. Just a minor curiosity is all.

La. “dito marks from my last one.”
There was alot of things I was in disbelief about the game Ted. Too many penalties, and dropped passes. No excuses though. Congrats to the New York Giants. This should have a good buzz vibe for the state of New York. They are just as passionate about their teams as we are. It should be a good game next week in Green Bay. I hope it snows again. That makes for a good game. This is all I can say about it. It’s too painful.

In lieu of a brainteaser, I offer this:
Today’s word in GALLIMAUFRY.
Gallimaufry: gal-uh-MAW-free, noun. A medley, a jumble, a hodgepodge. From Old French galimafree; probably galer, to make merry.
“Alison posted a very nice gallimaufry of videos on her blog this morning.”
A friend of mine used the word today. I was fairly certain I knew what it meant, but looked it up anyway :o)
I gotta admit Ted, while I was running my errands, I tried to answer those. I figured it was probably so basic and simplistic, but yet I still couldn’t figure it out. It gave me something to think about though and it was fun. If you have anymore bring em’. These are fun!!

Hey Michael,
Thanks for keeping up your end of our blog bargain by pouring in the posts! Not to play a broken record but I had an important lecture to give tonight and spent all day working on it.
Yeah bro…I only saw the highlights of the game but as a sports fan I feel for you!
After reading your word for the day, I realized that I have used the corresponding word “hodgepodge” on a few occasions…how freaking lame am I?
Your clip is funny, but it would be even funnier if you sped up the audio by like 85% and played them all at once.
Just a thought
