I'll be on Fox Sports Radio Saturday at 12:20pm ET chatting about a bunch of things, most of them having to do with my athletic prowess. Seriously, have you ever seen me walk? I hardly ever fall down. You can listen here 1340wbgn.com.

Laura Leu and Adam Winer AKA The Navigeaters!

A preview of an Italian soap opera in which I play a cabbage saleswoman with a mysterious past!

A surprise I can’t tell you about because then it wouldn’t be a surprise!

Fan phone call! (click to find out how to enter)

Me telling you about my merchandise! And possibly telling you about this thing that happened yesterday that was annoying!

Just Me Or Everyone!

TV Talk!

Happy Ducklings!

Dustin! Nevada! Koryn!

Your Shoutouts! (here’s the deal you guys, I’ve been too busy this week to secure a sponsor so while that is great and means I’ve been busy writing, it’s also not great in terms of me having the show sponsored. Which is why I’m pushing the shoutouts! They’re like tiny microsponsorships!)

Me worrying I’ve become obnoxious! (see above)

RSVP for the show and watch at 10pm ET/7pm PT!

An email I just sent about tomorrow’s ARIYNBF

Written by Alison | April 13th, 2010 at 12:48 pm | Comments

Hi! Just a reminder that I’m doing my show tomorrow at 10pm ET/7pm PT. My guests are Laura Leu and Adam Winer who have a website called Navigeaters where they’re eating a meal from every country in the world without leaving NYC. Mostly they’re eating disgusting stuff involving eyeballs. Also I have a couple new segments I’m unveiling including a preview of a soap opera we’re going to be acting out on the show. I play a cabbage saleswoman (or so I’ve been told by my friend who’s writing it).

It’s now occurring to  me that it’s pretty lazy of me to just be copying an email and putting it on this blog but that’s me: lazy. I hope it doesn’t affect cabbage sales! rsvp for the show!
And check out these reduced shoutout rates!
And look at all that hot fancy sidebar action to the right!

Attention: You may now get all up in my merch

Written by Alison | April 12th, 2010 at 1:52 pm | Comments

Pre-order a shirt or donate to my show fund and receive a signed photo and maybe even a limited edition button. Yay! In other news, I fear I’ve made the page very confusing. If you feel confused, let me know.

By the way, this would be a great time to RSVP for the next episode featuring Laura Leu and Adam Winer and a whole crapload of surprises. In fact I kind of want to tell you about the surprises right now. Should I? Hm.

On tonight’s Alison Rosen Is Your New Best Friend

Nevada Caldwell

Tonight is a super duper special awesome show (ok fine, I say that about all of them but I REALLY MEAN IT THIS TIME) because my friend Nevada Caldwell will be dropping in and she has choreographed every aspect of this from her outfit to her opera cake. I don’t know you guys, I just work here. Also, we’ll be talking Natali Del Conte and learning about the iPad and probably we’ll have to discuss NOODLES.

Here’s me and Natali!

And Dustin may or may not show up. Don’t even get me started on that guy. And of course we’ll be doing all the things you love like JMOE and TV Talk and phone-a-fan and dating experiment and I have new songs to play you that Trapp wrote and they are amazing!

Tonight’s sponsor is Saxton Manufacturing Co. They also sponsored last week’s show. You should call them up this instant and thank them for keeping this show going because I’ve been calling them every minute on the minute thanking them but I am just one person. I just learned a lot about water treatment including all the different kinds of things that could be in your water depending if you live in a city or rural environment. Seriously, I could go on Jeopardy and sweep the water category, if there were one. Uranium, you guys. URANIUM in water! It’s happened! So the thing about Saxton is they can deal with any kind of water treatment situation you need to take care of. And they’re nice. How nice? So nice they sponsored this show and the last one. You can ask for water hardness testing strips for free if you want a fun free thing and you can also talk about any water questions or issues by emailing Gary at SaxtonAR [at] gmail [dot ]com or using the form on their web site. You can also call (714) 546-9020 for info. Deep discount for my viewers so mention that, won’t you?
