you are my dream girl...... im still not convinced your real

  • Do they have a fan blowing your hair? Are you in a wind tunnel?

  • 2nd one is my fav.

That 3rd one down reminds me of Gina Gershon.

  • Ted_Goodlove

My favorite out of this group is #3...and since I value my opinion over anyone else....#3 is HOT!

  • boinkity

These shots are beautiful, but I don't think I like them. It's like the pictures don't represent what I think of you. They are too sensual perhaps? Although you are quite an attractive, hot babe.... all the naked shoulders and subtle cleavage is totally distracting me! When I look at the second picture from the top, I am not imagining Alison Rosen. I am imagining some strange woman with a growling, smoky, whiskey sounding voice. She is saying to me, "Boinkity... I need a cough drop. Are you looking at my cleavage?!? Stop that, you perv! And, don't even think about looking at my shoulder either! I know how you are!"

  • Ok for some reason I couldn't find the comments yesterday. Here's my choices.... 006_C and 193_C 099_C is 3rd. As for your most recent blog entry...

I have never felt comfortable with how I look, well when I was a kid maybe. Actually when I was very young I was very cute dimples and all, but I digress. If you can see yourself on TV, or in pictures and you are happy with the way you look consider yourself very lucky. Since you are with YOU all the time, you focus on those little things you hate about your face, or body. If you point them out to people (someone near and dear generally) if they are honest, they'll admit to seeing it also. But most of the time the next thing you'll hear is "I had never noticed that before." or better yet "Yeah I noticed that right away and I liked it." I do not like having my picture taken, but recently I decided to start letting my family take pictures of me.

Why? Because I am a husband and a father and I won't always be here. Also there's a good chance that I will look worse in the future rather than better. ;o) I realize that my family loves me and their lack of recoiling in terror when they look at me tells me they don't mind the way I look, or even like it. Also you aren't just a pretty face to people that know you. You are all the hours of laughter, warmth, caring, hugs, that are summed into how you really look to the people you care for and care for you.

On another note. For a very long time I thought blog was short for bitch log. No really. lol

  • "Also you aren't just a pretty face to people that know you. You are all the hours of laughter, warmth, caring, hugs, that are summed into how you really look to the people you care for and care for you." That is beautiful! And very true.

Thank you, very nice of you to comment. Hey! Looking forward to this Wednesday's show. I'm setting an alarm this time so I don't miss any of it. Good luck, and good show!

  • Brian

    Number 2 of this set.

  • Andy

I like #1. 2 is too pouty. Too much shadow on the rest.

  • Joe

I would use #5 on the coffee mug.

And for this of course: http://twitpic.com/13e5si/full

  • 2 and 5 get my vote. Of the smiling pix, 2 is the best. The black shirt pix win by a tiny margin. I say this knowing you'll probably pick your own.

5,4,6,1,2,3 Both these and the ones in black are great additions to your portfolio. They're beautifully taken by Mr. Fischer, and would be perfect to accompany a magazine article on Alison Rosen. The first of the ones in black still seems the best to me for general head shot purposes, but maybe I'm not getting it. But I still say #5 of this batch should be framed.

These shots are all terrific. Obviously, my preferences are the ones that suggest the beautiful, confident, mature woman. That's why I think magazine, with a headline like "The Other Side of Alison Rosen."

  • Dave in SD

I like 1 the most because your smile always lights up your face. The lighting is a bit better too, as I'm not a fan of harsh single light source shots that throw a person's face into shadow. A little fill light does so much (Yes, I am a photographer, too). You have beautiful eyes, and together with your smile, that's what I would highlight. That said, the first shot in the black top is nice as well. With your hair covering part of your face, my attention is again drawn to your eye, and not in a frightening, cyclopean way.
    So, to recap: 1 & 1. But it's not the photographer, it's the Subject that's a winner.
    Oh, and Happy Valentine's Day.

I suppose voting "All of them" isn't very helpful?

I like the last one in this set the best. What can I say, I'm a sucker for a beautiful smile :) After that I'd say #3 here or #4 with the black shirt. Kinda depends what you're using them for, though...

  • vronsfan2005

you look amazing.i didn't think it was possible to add to perfection. I like the second picture in this set, and the second picture from the first set.

  • 2 & 5 are the best.

  • Outlander

I think you look better and sexier in these shots (i.e. the ones with the red top) but, IMHO, your photog blew it by shading your face so sharply. Your left cheek is just as cute as your right. It doesn't need to hide in the shadows. :)

So, my vote is for the photos of you in the black shirt (part 1) and, of those, I like the first and third ones the best...

    Happy Valentine's Day!

  • Russel
