It's been too long—I don't know how we lost touch but just listening to your VLOG about how the Squash was, “a really pain in your butt” has strangely sparked and re-kindled my interest and love for you!!

On an unrelated note, have you tried the whole wheat Cous Cous at Trader Joe's? It's relatively healthy and GREAT with some Feta, Roasted Almond Slivers and Red Pepper flakes!!
