After reading ‘anonymous’” comment
I rememberd as a kid,that the girl i had the biggest crush on, was the girl i teased and dipped her pony tail in elmers glue…Now, I’m grown, creepy and strident?I guess.(funny how the written word can be percieved)…You are a very smart/funny/talented/pretty celebrity.More importantly (to me),you are a sincere,honest,caring,sensitive,beautiful and unique(webters definition)delicate flower..ok.
Now i feel creepy and soothing?(websters definition)…honestly Alison,i never was trying to make you feel bad(if i was one of the people that did)I was trying to make you smile and be myself/differnt.I do understand how it could have been taken ..i’m sorry.I don’t want you to hate me.

Oh, by the way. Totally sorry I’ve been unable to submit questions for the last two vlogs.

I feel like I’ve let you down. I mean I know how much you rely on me to write a trifecta of engaging, humorous, probing, insightful, spontaneous, off the cuff (and other words or phrases that mean things) questions that allow you to respond in a humorous or intelligent way.

Also, I’m totally your hugest fan even when I’m not commenting or asking questions. Ah, there’s a little drool hanging off you lower lip….

I think you were a bit hard on yourself Alison. I found this vlog to be neither strident nor creepy, and let me tell you, I know both intimately. I found it open, and very truthful. Everyone needs compliments, and not back handed compliments-front handed compliments are what you are looking for and we will provide.

I liked this vlog…. got to see a totally different side of AMR. So now we have funny Alison, annoyed Alison, and soul-bearing Alison all in one vlog. It’s like a mini Oscar show with best comedy, best drama, and best short film. The only thing missing was the retarded/homosexual/SeanPenn version of Alison. Oh, crap, I said something that was not PC. I am sorry if I offended anyone by saying “Sean Penn”? Am I supposed to call him the “actor previously known as Spicolli who now is smarter than the rest of us”?

I sure hope I never offended you with anything, other than this long drawn out post. I am bored now that the vlog has finished, and you must all suffer for it.

I really enjoy your blog because of your talent, and good sense of humor. It’s also fun to exchange comments with everyone.

But I’m reminded that even men blog friends can forget to tell women what they deserve to know, that you always look very nice in your vlogs, and especially so in this one.

I'm not sure if "creepy" is one of the those buzzwords that the advertising community would recommend, but it certainly didn't stop me from watching your vlog, which wasn't creepy at all.

It's probably quite a challenge to balance being approachable with fans, while occasionally needing to remind them that you're actually a person. You handle it well.

That's the internet, too. Everyone feels that they know someone a little more than they do. Take me, for example. You'd probably never suspect that I'm wearing women's undergarments right now.

Speaking of creepy men in women's undergarments, I'm really looking forward to your long-awaited return(s) to Redeye. That will be fun.
