		<description>Alison, is reading your own blog like hearing your own recorded voice? Does it make you cringe and ask &#039;Do I really sound like that? My god...&#039; Or is it more like seeing bad photographs of yourself and screaming &#039;Give me that!&#039; and tearing it up? Or, better yet, is it like seeing yourself on video where you realize that once the camera is actually on you that you notice yourself acting differently, trying to &#039;look cool&#039; or say something clever?</description>
